Shipping Information
You will receive your order within 5 to 7 business days from the date your order is shipped. For earlier delivery, we are happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge (please refer to the UPS Additional Charges table below). For overnight, two-day and three-day delivery, orders must be received by 1:00pm PST. Overnight deliveries received on Thursday after 1:00pm PST through Friday 1:00pm PST will arrive on the following Monday. Overnight delivery orders received on Friday after 1:00pm PST and over the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday. During peak business times, ground orders my take up to 5 business days to process.
Unless otherwise noted, USC Bookstores ships all orders via UPS. Please note that transit time is calculated in business days and does not include weekends or holidays.

To ensure your package arrives in time for Thanksgiving, please note the following cut off dates:
Domestic Ground: Orders received by 1:00p PST on Thursday, November 10, 2011 will be delivered on or before Wednesday, November 23, 2011.
3-Day Select: Orders received by 1:00p PST on Friday, November 18, 2011 will be delivered on or before Wednesday, November 23, 2011.
2nd Day Air: Orders received by 1:00p PST on Monday, November 21, 2011 will be delivered on or before Wednesday, November 23, 2011.
Overnight: Orders received by 1:00p PST on Tuesday, November 22, 2011 will be delivered on Wednesday, November 23, 2011.

To ensure your package arrives in time for Christmas, please note the following cut off dates:
Domestic Ground: Orders received by 1:00p PST on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 will be delivered on or before Friday, December 23, 2011.
3-Day Select: Orders received by 1:00p PST on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 will be delivered by Friday, December 23, 2011.
2nd Day Air: Orders received by 1:00p PST on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 will be delivered by Friday, December 23, 2011.

To ensure that your package arrives in time for New Years, please note the following cut off dates:
Domestic Ground: Orders received by 1:00p PST on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 will be delivered on or before Friday, December 30, 2011.
3-Day Select: Orders received by 1:00p PST on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 will be delivered on Friday, December 30, 2011.
2nd Day Air: Orders received by 1:00p PST on Wednesday, December 28, 2011 will be received by Friday, December 30, 2011.
Overnight: Orders received by 1:00p PST on Thursday, December 29, 2011 will be delivered on Friday, December 30, 2011.
Overseas Shipping
For overseas shipping please call 1 (800) 648-6388 to confirm your order and verify payment information. Uncomfirmed orders will be canceled within 72 hours.
Please Note: The customer is responsible for paying all tariff and duty charges on international orders.
Tracking UPS Orders
You will receive an email notifying you the status of your order has changed with a link provided for you to click. Please click this link or navigate your browser to our website www.uscbookstore.com to login and view your tracking information. Once logged in, you will be able to view your previous order history and any UPS tracking information associated with each order.
Packages can be tracked by entering your 18-digit tracking number at www.ups.com
Shipping Rates
NOTE: The following table applies to shipments of Clothing and Gifts merchandise.
Ground shipping for DEN Books will cost $6.00 for the first book in the shipment, and $1.00 for each subsequent book. In a mixed shipment, DEN books will be shipped according to this plan, and Clothing and Gifts merchandise will be shipped according to the table below.
Charges for additional UPS shipping options, such as 3 Day or 2 Day shipping, apply to all merchandise. These charges are as shown in the UPS Additional Charges table.
