USC BOOKSTORE & Campus Ready FAQs

HOW DO I ORDER?

1. Place your order on the Campus Ready Website

2. Your order will be shipped to the USC Bookstore warehouse, so that you may pick-up your order on your move-in date (August 17th-19th)

3. On your date of move-in, your order will be ready for pick-up on the USC Bookstore patio.

WHEN AND WHERE CAN I PICK-UP MY HOUSING ORDER?

Dorm orders will be available for pick-up on campus at the USC Bookstore Patio. (August 17th & August 19th, 2026) from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

WHAT IS THE LAST DATE TO PLACE A DORM ORDER TO ARRIVE BY MOVE-IN WEEK?

The last date to place a dorm order to arrive by move-in week is Wednesday, August 5th.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR PICK-UP?

Please bring a valid ID and your order number.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY DORM ORDER?

EARLY PICK UP

IIf you are arriving before 8/17/26, please include your arrival date in the notes section under shipping address.
