To begin the scheduling process, please select a store location, then complete the request form. After you’ve requested your shopping appointment, we’ll send you an email informing you that we’ve received your request and we will follow up with a confirmation text message. We will also notify you via text message if you have the opportunity to begin your shopping appointment earlier than scheduled.

o Rental gowns and hoods will need to be returned to Herff Jones (using the return shipping label provided in your shipment) one week following the yet-to-be-scheduled physical ceremony date. Or return it to us following your personal celebration. You may keep your cap and tassel as a souvenir!

These items are custom and non-refundable. Orders placed to be picked up at USC Bookstore will be shipped to the customer’s billing address.
