HOW DO I ORDER?

1. Place your room supplies order on our partner’s website HERE

2. Your order will be shipped to the USC Bookstore’s warehouse and will be held for you to pick up on your move-in date (August 19-21).

3. On your move-in date, your order will be available for pick-up on the USC Bookstore’s patio.

4. Please note, on-campus pick-up at USC Bookstore is only available if you place your order by July 22.

WHEN AND WHERE CAN I PICK-UP MY ROOM SUPPLIES ORDER?

USC Bookstore Patio, August 19-21, 8:00AM – 4:00PM.

WHAT IS THE LAST DATE TO PLACE A COLLEGE ROOM SUPPLIES ORDER TO ARRIVE BY MOVE-IN WEEK?

The last date to place a college room supplies order to arrive by Move-in Week is July 22.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR PICK-UP?

Please bring a valid ID and your order number

CAN SOMEBODY ELSE PICK-UP MY ORDER?

Yes, please have your pick-up person bring a valid ID and your order number to the pick-up location.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to cancel your order, email SWAKU Customer Service at service@swaku.com or text SWAKU Customer Service at 833-673-9047. Texting will provide the quickest response.

WHAT IF I DON’T PICK-UP MY ORDER BETWEEN AUGUST 19–21?

If you cannot pick up your order until after August 21, please contact USC Bookstore at supplies@usc.edu
