New Curbside Pickup Service! Drive Up And We'll Bring Your Items To You

Here's how it works:

Step 1: Select Curbside Pickup.

During checkout, choose Curbside Pickup. Place your order and wait to receive a "Your Order is Ready for Pickup" email (this will be a separate email from “Your Order is on its Way”)

Step 2: Ready for Pick Up

Once you receive “Your Order is Ready for Pickup” email, head on over to the Curbside Pickup location - 3427 S. Grand Avenue Los Angeles CA 90089. For directions click here. Curbside Pickup is available Monday – Friday (excluding USC holidays), from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM , 1:15 PM to 3:00PM.

*Please note that course materials, software, Pacific Asia Museum Merchandise are not available for curbside pickup

Does placing my order guarantee that I can pick up my item(s) will be ready for pick up within the next 24 hours?

While we strive to have your order available for pickup as soon as possible, please be sure to wait for the “Your Order is Ready for Pickup” notification email, as unexpected delays may occur at times.

Who can pick up your order?

You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, select that option during checkout. You’ll need to provide the pickup person’s name, email address and phone number.

How long do we hold your order?

We'll hold your items for 5 days; if you don't make it in by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment
