Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days with the exception of rush periods (Observed Holidays, Graduation, Football Season, etc.). Processing time may take up to 3 business days during rush periods.

All priority orders (FedEx Express, 2 Day, etc.) must be placed by 1:00 PM PT to start processing the same day.

*Orders that are $250 or more will automatically become signature required for any shipping method

    1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3–7 business days to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • FedEx Express:
    Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 8 p.m. in 3 business days.
  • FedEx 2 Day:
    By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 8 p.m. to residences).
  • FedEx Standard Overnight:
    Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses, by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas and by 8 p.m. to residences.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight:
    Next-business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. to some rural or remote areas
  • APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

    Our FedEx account does not support shipping to APO/FPO addresses. We can only ship to them via United Postal service (USPS). You may enter your shipping/billing information accordingly when creating your online account. Please note all APO/FPO orders are processed manually and tracking numbers for such shipment cannot be guaranteed. Please note expedited shipping (Overnight, 2-Day, Express) is not guaranteed for APO orders, we recommend Ground Shipping.

    We do not offer international shipping at this time.

    All orders are processed and shipped during business hours Monday – Friday, excluding USC holidays. If an order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

    We do not process/ship on weekends and/or the following holidays:

    Textbook Shipping Policy

    USC uses Follet as its textbook provider. Please visit Follett's Shipping Policy for all textbook orders.

    Commencement Shipping Policy

    USC Regalia, Announcements, Class Rings, Frames (excluding basic sashes & tassels) are sold by Herff Jones. Please visit Herff Jones' FAQ for details.
