Shipping Carrier
We use FedEx (Ground & Express) for our shipping carrier.
Domestic Shipping Options & Rates
Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days with the exception of rush periods (Observed Holidays, Graduation, Football Season, etc.). Processing time may take up to 3 business days during rush periods.
All priority orders (FedEx Express, 2 Day, etc.) must be placed by 1:00 PM PT to start processing the same day.
*Orders that are $250 or more will automatically become signature required for any shipping method
USC Bookstores currently offers free FedEx Home Delivery shipping* on purchases of $50 or more, no promo code needed. Exclusions apply: course materials and products sold through third party vendor partners are not included in this offer.
Free FedEx Home Delivery shipping on purchases of $50 or more applies to the product price only and does not include sales tax or applicable shipping charges. Offer applies to FedEx Home Delivery & Ground shipping to a single address within the U.S. Some exclusions apply.
Pacific Asia Museum orders are EXCLUDED from expedited delivery (Express, 2 Day, Standard Overnight).

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
Our FedEx account does not support shipping to APO/FPO addresses. We can only ship to them via United Postal service (USPS). You may enter your shipping/billing information accordingly when creating your online account. Please note all APO/FPO orders are processed manually and tracking numbers for such shipment cannot be guaranteed. Please note expedited shipping (Overnight, 2-Day, Express) is not guaranteed for APO orders, we recommend Ground Shipping.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms: The recipient is responsible for paying any additional duties or fees imposed by the destination country upon delivery. These costs can range from 30% to 150% of the total merchandise value. It is advisable to determine these costs before placing your order and notify the recipient, as they may be higher than expected. Please be aware that refused or canceled orders once shipped will be considered as an "abandoned package" and are not eligible for a refund.

All orders are processed and shipped during business hours Monday – Friday, excluding USC holidays. If an order is placed after the cut-off time (1:00 PM PT), it will be processed the following business day.
We do not process/ship on weekends and/or the following holidays:

Tracking Orders
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail that includes shipment details and your tracking number once your order is ready be shipped. To track an order on uscbookstore.com, please login to access your order information.
Textbook Shipping Policy
USC uses Follet as its textbook provider. Please visit Follett's Shipping Policy for all textbook orders. Not available for International Shipping.
Commencement Shipping Policy
USC Regalia, Announcements, Class Rings, Frames (excluding basic sashes & tassels) are sold by Herff Jones. Please visit Herff Jones' FAQ for details.
