Graduation is almost here — and Grad Fest is where it all comes together. Whether you’re renting or purchasing regalia, designing a custom sash, taking professional photos, or picking out keepsakes to celebrate your achievement, Grad Fest makes it easy to check everything off your list in one visit.

Why Attend Grad Fest?

Grad Fest is designed to help USC students complete all graduation needs in one place with expert assistance on hand. No appointments, no guesswork — just walk in and get it done.

At Grad Fest you can:

• Order graduation regalia (cap, gown, tassel, and hoods for graduate students)
• Rent or purchase your cap & gown with on-site Herff Jones support
• Design and order custom sashes
• Take professional graduation photos with cap and gown provided
• Explore graduation keepsakes, gifts, and USC memorabilia
• Connect with USC departments supporting your transition to alumni status

Ordering is completed online during the event, making Grad Fest the easiest way to ensure your regalia is handled correctly and on time. If unable to attend Grad Fest, orders can also be placed online from the comfort of your home.

Custom Sashes

Pride Sash representatives will be on-site with computers so students can:

• Design custom sashes
• Receive help with personalization
• Design and order custom sashes

Standard sashes will also be available for purchase.

• Cap and gown provided for photos
• Perfect for announcements, keepsakes, and family sharing
• There is no cost to take the photos, there will be an option to purchase them sent to you 24 – 48 hours after taking photos.

• Eyelash vendor available
